Re-thinking the value creation model for a proptech company
A strategic engagement led by M&B that involved collaboration across the leadership and the management team to co-develop a strategy and operating model design for a new revenue stream for the business.
Deliverables were focused on the development of strategic roadmap and operating model design, as well as tools and frameworks to support change and continuous improvement into the future. A measurement framework for the pilot was also developed to support initial rollout and business case development.

Decision Intelligence to support data-driven budget allocation for a state government agency
M&B designed & delivered a Decision Intelligence solution in support of the agency’s annual funding allocation in a high-stakes environment with competing priorities and constrained budgets.
The engagement structured the decision & made trade-offs explicit through a visual decision environment that consolidated forecasting, survival modelling & weighted scenario analysis. This optimised the process & enabled transparent comparison of funding options, reduced manual effort, improved consistency across funding rounds & increased confidence in final allocation decisions.
Implementation
Leading and implementing the sales and marketing data strategy for an energy retailer
As part of the transformation journey, it was identified that there was a need to elevate the assets used for analytics into strategic assets to drive better access, consistency and speed of insights for the organisation.
M&B have been leading the strategy and implementation of the set up of the data mart for reporting and analysis as a strategic asset for the business.
